Church dedicated to the Queen of the Rosary

The church was built between 1848 and 1850, in the late classicist style. The architectural works were led by the master architect Neshleba from Jóka. ; The feast of the Queen of the Rosary is on October 7, when the village farewell is held. The bell was gifted to the parishioners by Princess Zsófia of Lichtenstein in 1849. In 1902, Antal Németh and his wife Júlia Tóth had a tower built for the church. At the same time, the interior of the building was enlarged. Antal Németh also donated a 76 kg bell to the church. Vendel Szalay had the wooden cross next to the church erected in 1903, which was renovated by Béla Szitás in 1966. The bell donated by Antal Németh was taken away by the army in 1916. The new bell was donated to the church in 1938 by the children of István Tóth. ; In 1991, the church was renovated. ; On the altar of the church is the statue of the Queen of the Rosary, which was brought by Mester Apollónia, the head of the Rosary Society at the time. The statue was made in 1875, the centenary of which was celebrated by the village. The statue is written in French: "Notre Dame du Sacré Coeur", which means: Our Lady called from the Sacred Heart (the inscription in the bottom line means: with the offer of the Holy Father, 7. Sept. 1875). The statue of Our Lady of Fatima, Saint Anthony and Little Saint Therese of Lisieux can still be found in the church. On the walls we can find small sculptures depicting the Stations of the Cross. This work was donated to the church by Vilmos Tóth. ; Ecclesiastically, the church belongs to the Bacsfa-Szentantal parish within the Bratislava diocese and the Somorja diocese.
