The memorial plaque, which is placed on the wall of the St. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Farnad, was erected by JUDr. Tibor Nagy and his family in memory of the heroes who fell in World War II and at the Don Bend and who rest in unmarked graves in Russia.
Inscription/symbol:
In the upper part of the tablet, above the Hungarian coat of arms with angels, there is the inscription "For God, for the Homeland". Below: In memory of the heroes who fell in World War II and at the Don Bend and who rest in unmarked graves in Russia - 36 names can be read - it was dedicated to the Lord by Sándor Puplics' grandson JUDr. Tibor Nagy and his family in 2006. ; "Heroes never die."
